WICHITA, Kan. (Jan. 5) – The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's San Jose Sharks, AHL's San Jose Barracuda and powered by Toyota, announced today details for Saturday, January 10, which is South Bound and Down Night. The game will feature a postgame country concert with Oklahoma's own, Cam Allen Band.
Southside roots with a Nashville sound, the Cam Allen Band started out jamming for friends after football games and baseball tournaments.
One tweet took their sound viral and adding TikTok increased their follow count. Now they’re writing, recording and playing to live crowds, crafting a feel-good sound that’s blasted from rolled down windows and will soon have sold-out stadiums singing along. Listen to their sound by clicking HERE.
Fans are encouraged to strap on their boots, throw on their cowboy hats and celebrate the country heritage of Kansas. Don a special trucker shirt and get a ticket to the game for just one low price. To buy the shirt, click HERE.
The team will be wearing a hunting-themed uniform that will be auctioned live on our DASH Auction page. The auction will start the night of the game. Click HERE for all the details in one place!
