Appearance Requests

Want to pump up the crowd or feature the Wichita Thunder at your event? Enhance your event and invite our team out for an appearance. All appearance requests must be made at least 30 days in advance of your event. 

See below on other information regarding appearance requests:

  1. Requests must be received at least one month prior to the appearance date. Requests submitted less than one month in advance may not be considered.
  2. Appearances must not be for religious, monetary, or political gain.
  3. Organizations are limited to one (1) request per season due to high demand.
  4. Appearances must take place within the Wichita area, within 25 miles of our offices (114 N West St, Wichita, KS). 
  5. Player appearances are limited due to the regular season schedule, which takes place from October to April. Players will not be scheduled for appearances on game days, travel days, during practice, during playoffs or on off days. A member of our team will reach out to confirm available dates pending the team schedule (subject to change).
