Doors for the 2026-27 season will open one hour before puck drop at Entrance A, B and C. Season Ticket Holders can enter 10 minutes early through Entrance B. 

Children two years and younger do not require a ticket, as long as they don’t occupy their own seat. If they are needing their own seat, they will need to purchase a ticket.

INTRUST Bank Arena is a KultureCity Certified Sensory Inclusive Venue. Sensory bags for guests with sensory needs are available at no cost by leaving an ID at our Guest Services desk. To ensure fans have a great guest experience, our Sensory Room located in the South Lobby near Entrance B provides a dedicated space designed by medical professionals for those who may need a quieter and more secure environment.

Yes! INTRUST Bank Arena offers free public Wi-Fi for all guests during all events.

INTRUST Bank Arena has a "no re-entry" policy for all events. Guests who wish to return a prohibited item to their vehicle or need to exit and re-enter due to personal emergencies must first make contact with a Guest Services Supervisor via the Guest Services Info Desk to make necessary arrangements.

Fans can submit a request to have their name on the video board by clicking the button below. Season ticket holders receive free video board messages while non-season ticket holders will be assessed a $25 fee.

Unless otherwise noted, such as in the event of Pucks & Pups, pets are not allowed in the arena. Service animals are permitted inside the facility and must remain on a leash or harness at all times.

In the event a game is postponed, tickets will be transferred to the date of makeup. If an alternate game is preferred, please review our exchange/refund policy below. Announcements will be made available at www.wichitathunder.com and on social media.

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for unused or missed tickets.

Tickets may be exchanged for a future regular season game, subject to availability, provided the Wichita Thunder front office receives notification at least 48 hours prior to the original game date. Requests received within 48 hours of the scheduled game time are not eligible for exchange. Once the exchange window has closed or a game has passed, tickets are no longer eligible for exchange, credit, or refund.

Regular season tickets may only be exchanged for other regular season games and can't be exchanged or applied toward playoff tickets.

ADA seating is available in sections 108, 113-119, and 124 in the lower bowl and sections 207, 209, 211-212, 215-216, 218-220, 222, and 224 in the upper bowl. Guests can exchange seats for ADA accessible seats by visiting the box office and requesting relocation. Relocation is subject to availability.
