Thunder Reveals 2025-26 Promotional Schedule

WICHITA, Kan. (Aug. 27) – The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's San Jose Sharks, AHL's San Jose Barracuda and powered by Toyota, are excited to reveal the 2025-26 promotional schedule. 

The 34th season kicks off at home on Saturday, October 18 against the Allen Americans, presented by UBuildIt. 

New this year are family-friendly promotions that include Oz Night and Wizards Night featuring Kids Network. Also new is Puck Cancer and Day of the Dead Night. 

Also new this year will be a princess club for every Sunday home game. Post game skates will be on select Sunday home games.

Fans can also purchase tickets at the Select-A-Seat Box Office at INTRUST Bank Arena Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and starting at noon on weekend game days or can purchase online here. (Games won't be live until Tuesday)

The Thunder play 36 home games that will span from October through April. Coming to the Air Capital for the first time are the Florida Everblades and Trois-Rivieres Lions.
