Thunder Announces Additions to Front Office Staff

WICHITA, Kan. (Aug. 7) – The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's San Jose Sharks, AHL's San Jose Barracuda and powered by Toyota, announced today the hiring of several new additions to the front office staff. Joining the organization are:

  • John Reilly, Vice President of Ticket Sales
  • Bradey Tenant, Season Ticket Memberships
  • Samuel Snider, Business Development Executive and Game Day Operations Director
  • Samantha Zawadzki, Marketing and Social Media Manager
  • Madison Vian, Director of Merchandise and Community Relations 

Reilly is joining the Thunder for his first season in Wichita and eighth year in professional sports. A native of Binghamton, New York, he comes to the Air Capital after working one year with the ECHL's Utah Grizzlies. Reilly graduated from Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

He brings a wealth of experience, having worked in the American Hockey League with the Binghamton Devils and Tucson Roadrunners. Reilly has a proven track record of driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and delivering impactful game-day experiences.

Tenant joined the Thunder late last year and jumped right into the season ticket department. A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Tenant is dedicated to connecting with fans to create unforgettable experiences. 

Snider comes to the Thunder after earning his master's in sport management from Wichita State University. The Lafayette, Colorado native attended Kansas State University and earned his bachelor's in marketing in May, 2024. Snider recently helped run the AUSL Softball event that took place in Wichita at WSU. He will also be in charge of Game Day Operations as well as working to build relationships with local businesses. 

Zawadzki comes to Wichita with over six years of experience in the sports and marketing industries. Originally from northern New Jersey, Zawadzki attended Florida International University where she got her bachelor's in marketing and international business. She also had previous roles with the New York Giants and a New York City-based adult sports league. Zawadzki is passionate about the reach of digital platforms and the community that sports can create. 

Vian returns to the area after spending time in Tulsa, Oklahoma and St. Louis, Missouri. The Derby, Kansas native is a graduate of Wichita State University, earning her bachelor's in performing arts and theatre with a focus in stage management. She is excited to work with local organizations and non-profits, as well as taking over as the Merchandise Director.
