Princeton, NJ (Nov. 1st) - The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Edmonton Oilers, AHL's Bakersfield Condors and powered by Toyota, announced today that forward Kyle Platzer has been selected as one of four recipients of the AMI Graphics ECHL Plus Performers of the Month for October.
Platzer, along with Michael Joly, Brady Shaw and Lindsay Sparks, all finished the month with a plus-minus rating of +8. He was at least a +1 in all six of Wichita's games during October, including a +3 on the 13th against Indy. He is tied for third in the ECHL with five goals and second in points (11).
