Wichita, KS (Feb. 25th) - The Wichita Thunder, proud member of the ECHL and powered by Toyota, continue their five-game homestand this weekend with a pair of games. Friday night is the first-ever Adult Jersey Giveaway, presented by Kansas National Guard, and Sunday is American Family Insurance Buy-In Night.
The first 1,000 adults 13 or older in the door on Friday will receive this special giveaway. Friday night is also Wichita State University Night. Fans are encouraged to wear their black and gold and help us celebrate their Shocker pride. WuShock will be in attendance to drop the ceremonial face-off and help the fans get ready for ESPN Game Day that will be in town on Saturday morning. Join the team after the game at Chili's located at Central and Maize Road for a post-game party and meet your favorite players.
Sunday afternoon is American Family Insurance Buy In Night. Contact your local participating American Family Insurance agent and receive free upper level tickets as the Allen Americans come to town. After the game, join the team for a post-game skate. Rentals will be available and are subject to availability.
Wichita has a few days off and will get back after it this Friday with the Brampton Beast coming to town for the first time this season.
