WICHITA, Kan. (Feb. 13) – The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's San Jose Sharks, AHL's San Jose Barracuda and powered by Toyota, announced today that Kyle Crnkovic has been recalled by the Barracuda.
Crnkovic has accumulated a career-high 22 goals and leads the team with 47 points. Those numbers are good for fourth in the league in goals and fifth in points.
The Chestermere, Alberta native is riding a four-game point streak, notching five points (2g, 3a) since February 4 and sits just three helpers from 100 professional assists.
Crnkovic was recently selected to the 2026 Warrior/ECHL All-Star Classic and scored a goal in the game on January 19.
Wichita returns home tonight to start a three-game series against Idaho. Faceoff is set for 7:05 p.m.
