WICHITA, Kan. (Aug. 20) – The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's San Jose Sharks, AHL's San Jose Barracuda and powered by Toyota, announced today the signing of rookie defenseman Landon Fuller for the 2025-26 season. 

Fuller, 26, turns pro after spending the last four seasons at Trinity Western University (USports). A native of Williams Lake, British Columbia, the 6-foot-5, 240-pound blueliner collected 18 points (4g, 14a) in 100 games for the Spartans. Fuller was a part of the leadership group for Trinity Western. He was named as an alternate captain in 2022-23 and held that honor during his junior and senior campaigns.

Prior to his time in college, he played the majority of his junior career in the British Columbia Hockey League with the Salmon Arm Silverbacks, Surrey Eagles, Coquitlam Express and Vernon Vipers. In 184 games, he notched 37 points (13g, 24a) and racked up 261 penalty minutes. Fuller also appeared in 21 games in the Western Hockey League with the Tri-City Americans.
