Thunder, Rapid City Officially Cancelled

Thunder, Rapid City Officially Cancelled

WICHITA, Kan. (May 16) – The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Edmonton Oilers, AHL's Bakersfield Condors and powered by Toyota, announced this evening that today's game against Rapid City has officially been cancelled due to unplayable ice conditions at INTRUST Bank Arena and will not be made up.

TICKET UPDATE:  If you purchased tickets to the cancelled game on May 16 through Select-A-Seat, you will automatically be refunded within 72 hours. If you purchased through a third-party website, you will need to go through them for a refund or exchange per their cancellation policy. If you purchased single game tickets from our office, stop by or call us at 316-264-4625 and we’ll get them rolled over to one of our two remaining regular season games on May 29 or 30.

Wichita heads to Fort Wayne next week for three games starting on Friday night against the Komets.
