LAST WEEKEND - Wichita played four games in five nights for the second week in a row. The Thunder continued its six-game home stand on Wednesday night against Rapid City. The Rush made their first appearance in two seasons to INTRUST Bank Arena and the visitors walked out with a 7-5 win. Wichita finished the home stand with a pair of games against the Toledo Walleye. It was the first-ever meeting between the two teams and the Walleye won both games. Toledo won 4-1 on Friday and held on for a tight 3-2 win on Saturday night. On Sunday, Wichita traveled to Tulsa and lost by the final of 5-0.

MAC - Macoy Erkamps netted his second goal of the week early in the third period to tie the game at two on Saturday night for his fourth goal of the season. The rookie defenseman from Delta, British Columbia has 19 points (4g, 15a).

TWICE - Blake Tatchell added two helpers on Saturday, assisting on the first goal scored by Louick Marcotte and then winning a crucial face-off in the third. He recorded his second multi-point outing of the week as he had a goal and two assists on Wednesday night against Rapid City.

MARCO - Louick Marcotte recorded his 10th goal of the season on Saturday night. He needs six more to equal his totals from a year ago during his rookie campaign with Adirondack. He also needs five points to set a new career-high in that category that he set last season as he tallied 29.

LEAVING TOWN - Wichita finished its six-game home stand on Saturday night and began a five-game trip yesterday afternoon. The Thunder heads to Cincinnati on Wednesday, February 22nd and will conclude the road trip on Sunday afternoon in Moline, Illinois.

FIRSTS - Wichita will make its first-ever trip to US Bank Arena to take on the Cyclones this week. The Thunder plays at Cincinnati on Wednesday and Friday. On Saturday, the Thunder will visit the Memorial Coliseum for the first time since the 2011-12 CHL Finals. Finally, Wichita will make its first trip of the season to iWireless Center on Sunday afternoon to face the Mallards.

NEXT ON THE LIST - Head Coach Malcolm Cameron is closing in on another milestone. He sits at 332 wins in the ECHL and needs one more victory to pass Frank Anzalone for sixth place all-time. He moved into a ninth place tie all-time in games coached in league history with 604 this past Sunday. He will pass Nick Vitucci on Wednesday night.

THUNDERBOLTS... Vincent Arseneau is tied for the league-lead with five shorthanded points and leads the league with four shorthanded goals...Wichita is second in the league in shorthanded goals (11)...Wichita is fourth in the league in penalty minutes per game (18.04)...Wichita is 10-2-2-1 when leading after two...Wichita is 5-10-1-0 when tied after one...Wichita is 7-8-2-0 when outshooting its opponent...
