Wichita, KS (Feb. 2nd) - The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the Ottawa Senators and powered by Toyota, will hold a telethon from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday February 3rd to help raise money for the Boys & Girls Club of South Central Kansas. On Friday, February 17th, the team is honoring NFL Hall of Famer and former Wichita North running back Barry Sanders with a special bobblehead, who is very involved with the Boys & Girls Club of South Central Kansas. The first 1,000 fans in the building will receive a special Thunder-themed Barry Sanders bobblehead.
There will be special pricing for the games on February 17th and 18th against the Toledo Walleye with a portion of all ticket sales tomorrow going back to the Boys and Girls Club.
The Thunder heads to Missouri for two-straight beginning on Friday, February 3rd at 7:30 p.m.
