Wichita, KS (Dec. 18th) - The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the Ottawa Senators and powered by Toyota, announced today that the team has sent forward Mitch Holmberg to the Colorado Eagles for future considerations.
Holmberg recorded seven points (3g, 4a) in 13 games this season for the Thunder. He returned to the states after playing last year in Hungary for Szekesfehervar II of the MOL Liga League.
The Thunder will close out the pre-Christmas schedule with a match-up against the Missouri Mavericks on Friday, December 23rd at 7:05 p.m.
