Wichita is 1-1-0-0 vs. Cincinnati

HEAD TO HEAD - This is the third and final meeting of the season between the Thunder and the Cyclones. All-time, Wichita is 1-2-0-0 against Cincinnati.

TODAY - Wichita continues its five-game road trip tonight at US Bank Arena against Cincinnati. Tonight is the final meeting of the season between the two teams. In the first three meetings, the visiting team has claimed a win in the all-time series. Behind a three-point performance from Blake Tatchell and a 19-save performance from Scott Greenham, the Thunder snapped a 13-game winless skid with the victory over Cincinnati on Wednesday night. The win also snapped the Cyclones three-game winning streak.

FAST START - Wichita scored 36 seconds into the game on Wednesday and then 12 seconds into the second period. Ian Lowe's goal to start the game is the fastest goal scored to start a game this season. Matt DeBlouw, who scored to give the Thunder a 2-1 lead early in the second, recorded the fastest goal for the Thunder at a start of a period this season.

LOWESY - Ian Lowe netted his sixth goal of the season on Wednesday night. He needs one more point to pull into a fifth place tie with Mark Karpen, who currently has 203 points in franchise history. He also recorded his 81st goal in a Thunder uniform and needs four more to pull into a ninth place tie with Jim McGeough, who has 85.

SPARTY - Matt DeBlouw recorded a goal and an assist on Wednesday night. The rookie forward from Michigan State University recorded his fifth multi-point outing of the season and leads the team with 31 points (12g, 19a).

TWICE - Blake Tatchell scored twice on Wednesday and added an assist on the Thunder's second goal of the game. He recorded his third multi-point outing in the last eight days and now has five multi-point games so far this season.

SIXTH - Head Coach Malcolm Cameron claimed his 333rd victory in the ECHL on Wednesday and passed Nick Vitucci alone into sixth place all-time. He also coached in his 605th game on an ECHL bench, putting him alone into ninth place all-time.
