Thunder Announces Training Camp Schedule

Wichita, KS (Sept. 30th) - The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the Ottawa Senators and powered by Toyota, announced today the schedule for the team's training camp that kicks off tomorrow morning.

Starting tomorrow, the team will hit the ice at 9:45 a.m. at the Wichita Ice Center. All other days during camp will begin at 10 a.m. The team will play its only exhibition game on Saturday, October 8th against the Allen Americans.

The team will also host a media day at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12th at INTRUST Bank Arena inside the media room. All media are invited to attend and encouraged to RSVP ahead of time.

Fans are invited to attend the on-ice sessions at the Wichita Ice Center, which are open to the public. Below is a full list of dates and times for each practice session:

The Thunder kicks off their 25th Anniversary season on Saturday, October 15th against the Tulsa Oilers. Season tickets are on sale now. Place a $25 deposit for up to four seats and pay it off in 14 payments. Contact a Thunder representative at the office today.
