Thunder Announces Changes to Home Schedule

Wichita, KS (July 18th) - The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Edmonton Oilers, AHL's Bakersfield Condors and powered by Toyota, announced today two changes to the schedule for the 2017-18 season.

Schedule changes are as follows:

- The game that was originally scheduled on Sunday, March 4th against Rapid City has been moved to Friday, February 16th. - The game that was originally scheduled on Saturday, March 3rd against Idaho has been moved to Sunday, March 4th.

Wichita will now host Rapid City for three-straight games as the two teams will also play each other on Saturday, February 17th and Sunday, February 18th. The Thunder welcome back Idaho for the first time in two years with a match-up on Friday, March 2nd to go along with the game moved to Sunday, March 4th.

The 26th season of Thunder hockey kicks off on Friday, October 13th against the Indy Fuel.
