Thunder Announce Start of Summer Sale on June 21st

Wichita, KS (June 8th) - The Wichita Thunder, proud member of the ECHL and powered by Toyota, will be hosting a Start of Summer Sale on Tuesday, June 21st from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at INTRUST Bank Arena.

Fans will be able to save as much as 50% off on group tickets and other ticket opportunities for the 2016-17 season. A complimentary lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be chances to enter to win a free glass suite, win a pair of season tickets (eight separate drawings) and exclusive behind the scenes tours of the arena including the locker room.

The Wichita Thunder kick off their 25th Anniversary season on Saturday, October 15th against the Tulsa Oilers. Season tickets are on sale now. Put down your $50 deposit per seat and pay it off all summer long. Contact a Thunder representative at the office today.

About the ECHLBegan in 1988-89 with five teams in four states, the ECHL has grown into a coast-to-coast league with 28 teams in 21 states and one Canadian province for its 28th season in 2015-16. There have been 599 players who have gone on to play in the National Hockey League after starting their careers in the ECHL, including 30 who have made their NHL debuts in the 2015-16 season. The ECHL has affiliations with 25 of the 30 NHL teams in 2015-16, marking the 19th consecutive season that the league had affiliations with at least 20 teams in the NHL.
