Wichita, KS (Feb. 20th) - The Wichita Thunder, proud member of the ECHL and powered by Toyota, have partnered with iHeartMedia and 102.1 The Bull for their birthday bash this upcoming Saturday, February 21st as Lunchbox from the Bobby Bones Show will be in attendance to drop the ceremonial puck. Lunchbox will be part of a jammed-packed Saturday as the Thunder take on the Tulsa Oilers at starting at 7:05 p.m. at INTRUST Bank Arena. 102.1 The Bull is celebrating their second year on the air with a birthday bash. As a part of a four-day event, Lunchbox will attend the game and meet listeners around the concourse. The Bobby Bones Show is the number one rated morning show in Wichita, which is syndicated across the country from Nashville, Tennessee. Later that night, fans can head to Club Rodeo with Lunchbox to be a part of the Big and Rich concert. The jammed-packed weekend begins tonight with NASCAR Night, presented by T-Mobile, Arby's and Kansas Speedway. Fans will have a chance to win great prizes from the Kansas Speedway such as four tickets to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race on May 9th, a signed t-shirt from Joey Logano, signed hat from Ricky Stenhouse, a signed hat from Kevin Harvick and a signed hat from Matt Kenseth. On Saturday, fans can catch the 4th Annual Cops vs. Fire game starting at 5:15 p.m. with doors opening at 5 p.m. The two forces have partnered up with the Wichita Children's Home with a portion of each ticket sold with a special code will go back to this great charity. Outside of the arena, EagleMed LLC will have a helicopter, ground ambulance and education trailer outside near Entrance B for fans to get pictures with. There will also be a fire truck and two police vehicles outside as well. Saturday is also the annual Evening with the Arc. The team will be wearing special uniforms that will be auctioned off after the game with the proceeds benefiting the Arc of Sedgwick County. Wichita returns home for five-straight games beginning tonight as the Rapid City Rush come to town, starting at 7:05 p.m.
