Driedger Recalled to Binghamton

Wichita, KS (Dec. 19th) - The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the Ottawa Senators and powered by Toyota, announced today that goaltender Chris Driedger has been recalled by Ottawa to the American Hockey League's Binghamton Senators. Driedger, 22, started both games this past weekend for the Thunder. The former third round pick (#76 overall) of the Senators in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft has played in eight games this season for the BSens, recording a 2.97 goals-against average and .882 save percentage. The Thunder will close out the pre-Christmas schedule with a match-up against the Missouri Mavericks on Friday, December 23rd at 7:05 p.m.Individual tickets for all Thunder home games are now on sale.
