WICHITA, KS- The Wichita Thunder added three players to their roster on Wednesday, signing centers Aaron Davis and Matt Hubbauer and re-signing goaltender Ian Keserich.Davis enters his ninth professional season and his eighth in the CHL. The 31-year old Davis scored 20 goals and totaled 67 points while playing in all 64 games for the Tulsa Oilers last season. Strong on faceoffs, Davis has scored 40 or more points five out of the last seven years, including a career-high 55 with the Austin Ice Bats in 2005-06. The Dearborn Heights, MI native played four years of college hockey at Lake Superior State University. Davis played under Kevin McClelland in 2007-08 with the Mississippi RiverKings.Hubbauer (pronounced huh-BOW-er) scored 25 goals and had 24 assists in 49 games last season for the EIHL's Sheffield Steelers.
