Hello Thunder Fans, I just wanted to give everyone an update on the progress of the team.  I am in the midst of heavy recruiting, looking for the right players to fit into the Thunder line-up.  I have been in contact with NHL and AHL clubs all summer and many other leagues are getting calls to see what is available.  Understand that I am not in a hurry to just sign anyone in order to get players on paper.  Some of the key players on this year’s team will more than likely not be signed - or assigned to us - until late September/early October.  I am looking for hardworking and good character guys to make the Wichita Thunder a team to contend with.
